Kayla Bell, 22, faces four counts each of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Possessing an Instrument of Crime after police linked her to the July and August 2024 confrontations.
The first incident happened on Tuesday, July 24, on Route 422 East near Route 100 in North Coventry Township. Bell, driving a black Ford Explorer, reportedly aimed a handgun at another motorist during a heated traffic dispute, police said.
Weeks later, on Friday, Aug. 18, a second driver reported a similar encounter on Route 422 East near Hanover Street. This time, Bell allegedly brandished a handgun during another road rage clash. Police identified Bell and her vehicle as the suspect in both incidents.
Bell was charged on Sept. 19, later she was arrested, and had her preliminary arraignment on Thursday, Nov. 21, before District Judge Hipple. Both charges were held for court in Chester County Court of Common Pleas.
Bell was released on $5,000 unsecured bail for each case, with the condition that she relinquish all firearms and refrain from possessing any, court records show.
